Getting Started with Elite Physiques
When does the program start?
Every program starts on a Monday. After you order, we'll get you all set up on our app for Day 1.
How do I get started with my app?
After your purchase, we'll email you the next steps to take to access your profile on the Elite Physiques app.
Can I start at a later date?
Sure ! If you need more time, hit ‘Restart Program’ to align your start for the next Monday.
Challenges & Workouts
When does each challenge start?
New challenges roll out every 8 weeks. The next one's on (Jan 8th 2024).
How are challenge winners selected?
Every 12 weeks, we reward 3 winners with $3,500 in prizes based on progress, effort, and engagement. Stay active in the app to qualify!
How do I access the workout library & new challenge workouts?
Head to the "Programs" section in the app. We upload new challenge workouts 1 day before each challenge begins.
Can I choose the number of training days?
Yep, it’s your call! Decide how many days you want to hit the gym each week.
Who Can Join?
Is this for both men and women?
Absolutely! Everyone’s welcome to join our app and shred challenges.
I’m new to the gym, is this for me?
Definitely! We’ve got programs for all levels, whether you're a gym newbie or a vet with years of gym experience. We've got you covered!
Does the app work in every country?
Yes! Join us from anywhere around the globe with an internet connection.
Can I download the app on Android?
Of course. The Elite Physiques app is available for both iOS and Android.
Access & Subscriptions
When will I receive access to the app?
You’ll get app access within 6-12 hours after we've set up your profile. Look out for an email from us!
How long do I have access to the app for?
As long as you wish to keep your subscription active! Your membership lets you train at your pace, and you can cancel anytime.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes! You're in control. Easily cancel with just 1 click through your customer portal.
Are all programs included in the Elite Memberships?
Yes! Our Elite membership gives you access to every Elite Physiques program, levels, app features and Shred Challenges.
What’s the refund policy?
All purchases with Elite Physiques are final. You can cancel memberships anytime, but we don't offer refunds for previous payments. See Terms & Conditions
