Answer: There is a new challenge every 8 weeks.
HOW ARE CHALLENGE WINNERS SELECTED?
Answer: Every 12 weeks, we give away $3,500 worth of prizes to 3 winners. Winners are chosen based on progress, effort, and community engagement. Your app subscription must be in active status
HOW DO I GAIN ACCESS TO THE CHALLENGE
Answer: If you are an Active member of the Elite Physiques App, you automatically qualify for each challenge
HOW DO I ACCESS THE NEW CHALLENGE WORKOUTS
Answer: New challenge workout programs will be uploaded to the "Workouts" section of the app a day before the start of each challenge.
DOES THE APP WORK IN EVERY COUNTRY?
Answer: Yes it does! You can join the challenge no matter your geographic location.
CAN I DOWNLOAD THE APP ON ANDROID?
Answer: Yes you can. The Elite Physiques app will be available on iOS and Android devices.
